I studied photography with Charles Rumph at the Smithsonian in Washington DC and at the Cleveland Institute of Art&#8217;s program in Lacoste, France. My work is also informed by my job as a journalist\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00e2\u20ac\u201d\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"last-syllable\">that and my preference for ambient\u00c2\u00a0light make for a documentary style, and the kind of\u00c2\u00a0authenticity\u00c2\u00a0you see in photographs from the film-camera days.
